Finance Options and Credit Searches
In order to try to obtain you a finance acceptance, we will pass you details to the lenders and brokers with whom we work with. In order to ensure we treat our customers fairly, we do not send you to all of our panel, but rather send you to those who accept your current circumstance. We do need to make you aware that whilst finance cannot be guaranteed, our team will try their best to obtain you an acceptance.
Our lenders will check your information with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies to fully assess your application. The majority of our lenders complete a soft search, however, please note that if approved and in order to proceed they may complete a full search, which will show on your profile. If you do not consent to the above searches being carried out, please do not submit your application. Ourteam will not process any application without your explicit consent. As per your rights you can request for us to stop processing your information at any time.
By passing your details to our lending panel, we may receive a commission from them for the introduction. This will not impact the rate you are provided.
Our team will never advise you to take a specific product, or choose a specific lender, but we will provide you with all the information you require to make an informed decision, and be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
If we are unable to reserve the vehicle or offer you a test drive on the specified date, we will inform youof this by email. This might be because the vehicle has already been sold, because of unexpected limitson our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the vehicle or because we are unable to meet an agreed deadline.
We will not process on a vehicle until we have your instructions, or you have placed a deposit. If we areunable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. However, if we mistakenly accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel the processing and refund you any sums you have paid.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet any dates specified in the Confirmation, but any such dates are not guaranteed.
If you wish to make a change to a date you have booked for a test drive, please contact us as soon as possible to book an alternative date. We may not be able to guarantee that the vehicle will still be available. The reservation/booking fee is only a good faith deposit and placing an Order does not guarantee we will not sell the vehicle to another customer before the reservation period has expired.
However, if we do so, we will, of course, refund the reservation/booking fee in full.
Upon receiving full payment of the vehicle, it is our guarantee that we will provide you with all vehicle documentation and carry out numerous checks to ensure the vehicle meets our high standard requirements.
